Postnatal depression: a more serious form of depression

If your baby blues persist and you still don’t feel any better, you could be suffering from the first signs of postnatal depression.  

The symptoms are different: for a start, they’re more severe.

However, as with the baby blues, there are ways to help persistent depression so that you can get over it and, above all, make the most of those precious first weeks with your new baby.
