Limitations

Obviously, the periods during which you can conceive are already limited, so this method is not recommended to couples experiencing fertility problems because it further reduces the possibilities of conceiving at all.

NB: Just like Dr Papa’s method, the Selnas method has no guarantee of success. If you do decide to try it, there is no guarantee it will work, so don’t be disappointed.
