It's important to encourage your children to try new things and enjoy balanced meals with foods from each group. 

A balanced and varied diet will give your children all the carbohydrate, protein and fat they need, as well as essential vitamins for healthy growth and development. 

Fruit, vegetables and meat are all just as important as each other. Make them more appealing by presenting them well and making them look good.
