Don't just limit fruit to the end of a meal: give your children a piece of fruit as a snack or at breakfast for example.
Sometimes kids won't eat fruit if it's not peeled and ready, so try presenting it to them differently: chopped-up apples, ready-peeled clementines, etc etc. They'll be much more receptive.
