Last-minute details

Think about every eventuality so that you're prepared for whatever the night might bring and you don't end up with any nasty surprises...  

- Let your neighbours know you're having a party. It's only polite, especially if you don't want them reporting you to the police for making too much noise! Give them your number so they can call you if there's a problem.    

- Note down emergency telephone numbers: your local doctor, local taxis and takeaways (juts in case your buffet goes wrong!).

- Make sure you have a First Aid kit around with all the basics and plenty of aspirin!
