I'm addicted to black chocolate. I eat it about three times a day, every day. It started when I was pregnant. I remember that as a child I loved chocolate but I eventually stopped eating it. I went back to it big time during my pregnancy: I wasn't supposed to eat sugary foods but it was OK to eat black chocolate because it doesn't contain too much sugar.
And since then, I've carried on. I'll have some with a coffee after lunch, at 4 o'clock as an afternoon snack, but eating it in the evening when I'm watching a film is my favourite. That's when I suppose I could say that I need it. The thought of sitting there with my chocolate in front of the TV, I look forward to it so much that if I don't have it, I feel disappointed. But it doesn't happen very often - as soon as there's no chocolate left I'm off out to the shops!
