It's natural to get attached to things and the memories they evoke, but do you really need all your clutter? Have a look around. Couldn't you do with a good clear-out? 

Extreme hoarding can, at worst, be one of the signs of Diogenes syndrome. This mainly affects the elderly, and sufferers tend to hoard, turn their home into a dump and  neglect themselves. You need to seek medical help if this could be affecting you.
