To start with, you're wasting your efforts racing against the clock! You have to accept that while time waits for no-one, you can't let it ruin your life and you just have to learn to accept it.

Take a step back and think about the effect time has on your life. Try and 'neutralise' the effect time has on you and ask yourself how much difference would it really make to you as a person if you had twice the amount of time at your disposal? Time isn't the be-all and end-all.
