OK, so time's going too fast, things are passing you by and you're stressed out. Are you making the best use of your time? 

The key: Re-claiming the time you're wasting or losing.

Start cultivating good habits and getting rid of your bad ones:
- Balance things you don't like doing with things you like doing; don't do all the nice things or the horrible things at once.
- Deal with things in their order of importance, not in chronological order.
- Help the people who need you most, not the ones who shout the loudest! 
- Don't just go for the easy option - in the long run, you may save time by putting more effort in and getting things done properly the first time around.
