Stop feeling guilty

Stop feeling guilty

You have an internal clock that ticks away constantly, so the art of doing nothing, vegging out and relaxing is pretty foreign to you!

But wouldn't it be nice (and good for you, as well) to take a break and find some time for yourself? You're a woman of action, so there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to plan it in around everything without feeling guilty about it!

The key: finding serenity

You need to learn the art of doing nothing! You'll struggle to chill out without feeling guilty at first. Try and strike a balance: for every project or task you finish, spend some time doing nothing except being serene as a reward.

Be careful of turning chill-out time into time for doing everything you haven't already achieved!
