In psychotherapy, ‘sound cuddles’ refer to kind words, which means compliments and words which make people feel good, whether in their heart or their head. It could mean taking the time to say thank you, remarking on the effort someone has made, or a quality or characteristic they possess. Cuddling the soul is just as important as cuddling the body!
