Sound Cuddles

In psychotherapy, ‘sound cuddles’ refer to  kind words, which means compliments and words which make people feel good, whether in their heart or their head.  It could mean taking the time to say thank you, remarking on the effort someone has made, or a quality or characteristic they possess.  Cuddling the soul is just as important as cuddling the body!  And the two go hand in hand – a touch is so much more pleasurable with sweet nothings to go with it.
