I had a really bad experience at work - I was on a short-term contract with the boss from hell who spent most of his time trying to humiliate me. 

What got me though it? Sexual fantasies about him!

I imagined he was my lover and I dominated him completely, which is what I wanted in real life. It sounds strange but it really helped me get through the day with a smile on my face!
