A man in his twenties or thirties has in all likelihood been brought up by a working mum who never knew sexual repression, which means he's not going to be put off or intimidated by strong, ambitious career women. 

What's more, being younger than you, career-wise he's likely to be at a different stage, so he won't feel threatened if your career has progressed faster than his, for example. Quite the reverse, in fact: he'll support you in your career all the more because there's no element of competition. You can't lose!
