Some men consider that their penis, although long enough, is too narrow and want it to be wider.

What's involved?
The surgeon performs liposuction, most often on the stomach, where men often have a little ring of fat. He then injects this fat under the skin of the penis to beef it up.

Results 
Not very aesthetically pleasing or long-lasting. The fat can only be injected into the shaft of the penis, never into the glans, so the head of the penis appears smaller in comparison with the enlarged shaft.
Also, the fat tends to be reabsorbed irregularly so the penis appears lumpy, creating a bizarre effect.
Additionally, this fat-based enlargement gives the penis a soft texture. So during an erection, the man gains nothing in terms of sensations. In short, it's not recommended!
