Frenuloplasty

Some men have a very short frenulum which can tear during sex, at the moment of penetration. It will bleed considerably and hurt a lot - the frenulum is a candidate for the most sensitive part of the male body! In this case, he should consult a doctor. Sometimes the spontaneous tear resolves the problem, but in other cases, an operation is necessary.

What's involved?
The surgeon will operate on the frenulum so that it doesn't tear during penetration. It involves a simple transversal incision that's nothing like circumcision. 

Results
Immediately after the operation there will be some discomfort, given that the frenulum is so sensitive. It does heal very quickly though, and the pleasures of sex soon make him forget!
