Holiday checklist

No, suncream isn't the only protection you need on holiday! Here's a checklist of what to pack before you set off:

- 1, 2 or 3 boxes of condoms (depending on your sexual appetite!)
- 2 packs of your contraceptive Pill in case of illness
- emergency contraception, just in case
- enough sanitary products to last
- mild feminine wipes if you've a long journey ahead
