Forgetting contraception, forget the Pill, drawbacks of contraception

If you're scatty, the Pill probably isn't for you - but there's still a huge choice of contraceptives out there that work just as well!

The Pill is also available as a patch or vaginal ring. These are just as effective but you don't have to remember to put them on (or in) every day (the ring stays in your vagina for 21 consecutive days, so you don't have to worry about forgetting it).

Patches are changed once a week (which is still far easier than every day!). And if you have an implant or coil inserted, you can just forget about them - they last for 3 years.
