The Pill, smoking, fertility

The best thing to do, obviously, is to stop! Smoking is bad for your health and your fertility, to say nothing of being bad for your unborn baby should you get pregnant.

If you're under 35, you can still take the pill: even if it increases the risk of heart disease, the risk is extremely small at that age. Whatever your age, the progestagen-only mini-pill is still a possiblity, as are the implant and coil, so you still have plenty of options.
