One that you may not have thought of, but which can be very stimulating, is touching and stroking the inside of the mouth with a finger.  It’s a warm, wet orifice and can be ver sexual if properly done.  Try sucking and nibbling your lover’s fingers while they explore your mouth, it’s a very symbolic way of making love.
