Get into Each Other's Routine

Unexperienced men don’t always know how long it takes for a woman to reach orgasm.  If you have never had an orgasm, it can sometimes take more than 45 minutes of touching and stroking for you to be excited enough to climax, even with the clitoris.

Men can come very quickly and it can be hard for them to understand why women need so much more time and attention.  But it’s the reality of sex and the more practise you get in, the less time it will take!  Learn to harmonise your biorythms and not to take things too quickly.  After all, the longer he holds it in, the greater his pleasure will be.
