Sparks

Caroline: There was nothing that really sparked it off, but I started to realise there was something strange between us quite soon. It wasn't unpleasant, it wasn't normal...! We'd tease each other, wind each other up and I'd find excuses to spend more time with him.

Steve: It was just the two of us working together, so obviously we got close. But I didn't push it: I was on my guard because I was her superior. I was scared of being accused of sexual harrassment! And then six months later at the office party we finally gave in to our feelings.
