You may not think that reading Mill & Boon-type romance stories has anything to do with sex, but you’d actually be wrong.  Love stories stimulate female desire in a similar way to X-rated films for men.

Reading erotic literature is a great way to kick-start your libido, as long as you enjoy it.  If you don’t like them, don’t feel guilty for not finding it erotic, go back to reading what you do like!

Don’t feel guilty for reading ‘low-brow’ material either, it’s all a bit of fun to turn you on and after all, do you think that men watch porn for its artistic qualities ?  It’s a perfectly normal, natural way to get excited, especially as erotic books often have less of a sordid, mercenary feel to them than porn films.
