Communication on holiday

 - Communication on holiday
Why? So that you relax and enjoy your break in complete tranquility. You don't want resentment or things left unsaid on holiday: it's a prime argument time for many couples, so save your tiffs over the washing up for when you get home!

How ? Our expert says communication is fundamental: tell him what you want clearly and expect the same back. Men don't do subtelty, remember. "Get in tune with him. Ask him whether he's enjoying himself and what he fancies doing."

Tip: "When we're relaxed and have time alone to ourselves in a lovely setting we often tend to see it as an ideal opportunity to have serious talks where you lay out all your problems and analyse everything," says our expert. "A holiday is neither the time nor the place, so don't spoil it getting bogged down with big issues! These can soon get out of hand, interfere with your holiday activities and dominate all conversation. You''ll go home tired and frustrated, thinking 'Never again!'"
