Your big day is finally over: the champagne has flowed, the candles have been blown out, the cake has been cut and your wedding dress has been stowed away in the cupboard.

It may seem like somewhat of a relief when your wedding is over, but many newlyweds experience feelings of emptiness and loss we call the post-wedding blues.

If this sounds familiar, panic not! The post-wedding blues are common and usually short-lived.
