You’re not really at ease with your sexuality as a couple, are you? But why?

Maybe you’re still young and inexperienced, in which case you’ll become more and more comfortable and enjoy it more as you go on, as long as you don’t hold back. Express yourself in bed!

Or perhaps you have issues with your body, in which case you need to learn to love your body : he certainly does, and insecurity isn’t sexy! Think about how sexy and gorgeous your body is, and the pleasure you can give and receive through your body.

Maybe it’s his body you have issues with? This isn’t a big problem unless you’re totally turned-off by him. If you find him intimidating, take it slowly and learn his body bit by bit. A lot of women do things they’re not comfortable with because they’re worried about being good in bed. You have to be prepared to let him guide you a little, learn what he likes and try new things, but never do anything you’re uncomfortable with.  

Maybe you simply struggle to let go during sex. If this is the case, try and think about sexuality as a source of intense pleasure. You don’t have to do anything you’re not comfortable with. You might just need to be a little more confident.
