More and more men are taking real care of their bodies and getting down the gym.

Even if just as many men and women hit the gym, men tend to be a bit more dedicated than us ladies: 24% of men go to the Club Med gym regularly, compared to only 13% of women members, for example.

Club Med's general manager says there’s been a real change in attitudes in recent years : "Men don’t tend to go in for body-building any more. They’re not into competition, they’re more interested in their well-being and appearance, and they want beautiful bodies! They’re not shy about wanting to improve their bodies – they even go to mixed classes and spas."
