Are there really two different types or orgasm - vaginal and clitoral?

 

An orgasm is always felt in the vagina first, as both vaginal and clitoral orgasms cause involuntary rhythmic contractions of the muscles surrounding the vagina.  Today, experts talk more about orgasm that start in the vagina, or which start in the clitoris, with clitoris-based orgasms being more explosive and intense, while vagina-based orgasms are deeper and longer-lasting.
