I seem only to be able to reach orgasm through one particular position. What can I do?

Nothing !  It’s extremely common to only be able to orgasm in one way.  Whatever this may be, it depends on the pleasure the body has known before, but it is possible for it to change over time.  This doesn’t always happen, but that’s no reason to avoid other positions or techniques which could one day hit the spot.
