Can you still reach orgasm during your period, or should you avoid sex?

There are no medical reasons to avoid sex during your period, the only possible problem is that sexually transmitted diseases and the AIDS virus are more easily transmitted through menstrual blood, so make sure you use a condom.  You are just as likely to reach orgasm during your period as at any other time in your cycle, some women even feel sexier during this time.
