Why do I have to fantasise for a better orgasm?

Fantasising is perfectly normal.  However steamy it is, think of it as erotic anticipation: imagining what you could do with your partner, the kisses and caresses that would turn you both on the most.  If you feel the need to fantasise, the best way of doing it is to go over things that you’ve already done together, or that you would like to do with him, to bring you closer, rather than fantasising about another person or situation.
