Is an orgasm the same as sexual pleasure?

Not at all. An orgasm is a physical reflex, which usually, but not always, comes with intense pleasure. Plenty of women feel a lot of sexual pleasure, without necessarily reaching orgasm. Think of it more as just one kind of sexual pleasure though, in that it is produced through sexual contact.
