Putting it into pratice Tense the muscles of your vagina as hard as you can while you count to 5 (5 seconds). Relax and repeat. This works your pelvic floor muscles. Repeat 10-15 times, have a 1-2 minute break and start again. Try and do this exercise 4-5 times a day, either all together or separately.
