Penetration When he enters you, contract your vaginal muscles around his penis. Repeat at least a dozen times, take a break and start again.
Ask him what he’s feeling What effect is it having on him? Does he feel a strong sensation, or you do need more training?! If he doesn’t feel anything, your muscles aren’t very toned, and you need to do plenty of sexercise (don’t worry, he’ll oblige!) In a few weeks, he’ll feel the difference – and so will you!
Sexercise for him He needs to train his muscles too! Tell him to contract his muscles and move when he’s inside you: your turn to tell him if you feel anything!
Complementing solo sexercise If sexercise is going to be effective, you need to do at least 60 muscle contractions a day, which is hard to maintain when you’re doing it together! However, sexercise as a couple is an excellent way of complementing solo sexercise, and it’s much more erotic. You’ll soon realise how much your sex life improves when you’ve built your muscles up a bit!
Sometimes sexercise just isn’t enough, and you need further help to achieve sexual harmony. If you’ve given birth recently or if you suffer from incontinence when you laugh or sneeze, pelvic floor exercises with a specialist are recommended. See a physiotherapist for advice. | |
