Erotic acupressure

Aching bones and tense shoulders after a long day at the office? Sex is probably the last thing on your mind when you walk through the door, so you need extra help to get you in the mood...

OK, most of us don't have a home spa and a masseuse, but you can still get the same effects, and if you target the right acupuncture areas and focus on them regularly you'll find it easy to relax your mind and body ready for some action in the bedroom. Acupuncture, the ancient Chinese medicine, 'cures' sexual problems by joining specific points situated on a particular meridian in the body, the Tchong Mo. The Tchon Mo drains some of the vital energy from your liver, spleen, pancreas and back, and uses it to boost your individual 'erotic potential.'

This isn't necessarily about seeking better performances in the bedroom; it's more about getting your sexual balance and harmony back into your relationship and improving your desire and pleasure. You can also stimulate certain energy points with your hands to boost your libido and your ability to orgasm! From time to time, try massaging the following points for 2-3 minutes, using very light pressure. They help stimulate sexual desire and function, for added pleasure and relaxation. You can massage on your own or with your partner. You might need to get some anatomy books out to check where the points are located on the skeleton!

-Between the Achilles tendon and the inside ankle bone.
-The lower stomach median line. Massage the navel using four fingers.
-Between the four points joining the sacrum, bottom of the back, and either side of the top of the bottom.
-Under the second lumbar vertebrae, at the top of the iliac crest.
