One thing: careful of the cold and plan ahead - if you're kitted out in your ski-suits (not to mention skis, boots and poles), be careful! A bit of foreward planning and a lot of humour are musts: make sure you've got easy access to all your erogenous zones, no restrictive underwear, etc etc. That way, you can get intimate and give each other as much pleasure as you can without actually going all the way...
