Get to know each other all over again

Why did you need to boost your sex drive? 

"I met my boyfriend at school, so obviously we've been together for years and we know each other like no-one else. After a certain amount of time you fall into the habit of thinking that he'll always be there to rely on, so you concentrate on other things in life. We both had various problems to get through in our lives at the time, and we needed to put more into our relationship. We weren't making any effort to go beyond what we always did and really seduce each other, and gradually we realised we'd all but stopped having sex." 

What did you do?

"We talked, to try and figure out why. The love was still there, but we needed to work at it! I actuallly spent a lot of time with male friends, to give him a bit of a kick up the bum and add a bit of danger. It worked a treat! But the most important thing we did was start doing things together again and spend more time with mutual friends. We got to know each other all over again in different situations, and I realised that even if we have our differences, we think the same way- especially in bed!
