Avon revealed their highest earners this week – Debbie Davis and her partner Dave Carter have, in this year alone, turned over an astonishing £5.5miilion.
Debbie Davis and Dave Carter from Sunderland are Avon’s highest earners for the fourth year running.
As if earning around £250,000 a year wasn’t enough, the couple also netted an award and were presented with a BMW and a Mercedes in recognition of their team’s performance this year.
The couple were recognised at Avon’s annual “Live Your Dream” event, where the company also celebrated its 50th anniversary in the UK.
'It's unbelievable. To go from nothing to this is amazing,' Ms Davis told Metro. 'I was absolutely skint, I had nothing.’
Avon, the world’s largest direct selling beauty company, organises the “Live Your Dream” event for Sales Leaders, as part of Avon’s reward and recognition scheme. Successful Avon reps (who sell products to friends, family, colleagues etc) can move into Avon Sales Leadership which gives them the chance to manage a team of Representatives whilst earning variable commission on their team’s paid sales.
