She made a name for herself by stripping down to the smallest of smalls in a giant champagne glass; now Dita von Teese is penning her own beauty bible.
The burlesque star, who is a spokesperson for MAC, began giving out beauty advice to fans online before deciding to impart her pearls of wisdom in a book. According to her Twitter page, the tome should launch next autumn.
Dita von Teese has been credited with boosting the renaissance of retro glamour and is well-known for her love of vintage spanning three decades: "I collect 30s/40/50s clothing, but love 40s nail, 50s eye, and fluctuate between 30s, 40s and 50s hair! But 40s is my fave era (sic)."
