A detox is a great idea, a healthy body will be more
likely to conceive a healthy baby. What should you
avoid?
- As far as possible, avoid pesticides.
- Drink as much water as you can! It's the best way
of flushing the impurities out of your body. Bottled
water with added magnesium and calcium is best, but
tap water will do the same job.
- Eat plenty of fibre: it's great for your digestive
system and helps to get rid of toxins.
- Breathe! Learn to breathe properly. Singing or light
exercise will help you to breath from the tummy, which
helps you relax and release negative energy.
- Get moving! Exercise is great for both body and
mind. Start a class, or simply start walking or jogging
regularly to get your body ready for baby.
