Income protection is probably not something you've thought about. We admit it wasn't on our radar until very recently!

But following the announcement that the government is going to being slashing incapacity benefit, we now need to be even more aware of what income protection we do or don’t have as the state is not going to be able to provide in the same way it used too... Eek.


People assume that the state will look after them, yet the support actually available is less than £5,000 a year. For someone on an average income of around £25,000, this would mean a massive 80% reduction in income!

 

You might think, it'll never happen to you, but you never know! Watch our income protection video and ask yourself what you'd do if you were suddenly unable to work?
