David Beckham tattoos: Footballer pulls up shirt to reveal inked torso to students
The footballer was giving a talk at the Chinese institution when he pulled up his shirt to reveal a tattoo inked down the left-hand side of his body.
The inking is a line of Chinese characters that reads: "Life and death are determined by fate, rank and riches decreed by Heaven."
A student had asked the 37-year-old to reveal the tattoo, and he happily obliged with a smile on his face.
It's not known how long David has had this particular piece of body art, but it's just one of many inkings over his body.
He also has tattoo tributes to his wife Victoria plus his four children, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper.
Besides getting half-naked during his chat to the students, David was also invited to play a traditional Chinese instrument, which he managed with skill.
David is on a five-day tour of China as an ambassador for kids' football, aiming to promote the sport and increase its popularity in the country.
It hasn't all gone smoothly, though, as on Saturday Becks was left red-faced when he fell over in front of a crowd of admirers.
The soccer star - who recently signed to soccer club Paris St Germain - was demonstrating how to execute the perfect kick when he ended up flat on his bum.
David perhaps became unstuck because he'd chosen to carry out the exercise in a luxury grey suit and posh shiny shoes.
Fortunately, he was able to laugh off his blunder with the amused members of Wuhan Zall club in the Hubei province.
David later posted on Facebook alongside a snap of him in the club stadium: "Amazing response today from the fans at Wuhan."
