Harry Styles and Taylor Swift cause a stir on Lake District mini break
The One Direction star and country music singer have been enjoying a mini break in the Lake District, yesterday spending the day in picturesque Bowness on Windemere.
The loved-up pair created quite a stir in the sleepy town, posing for pictures with fans and workers.
Pandora store manager Claire Dibbs was shocked to see the A-List couple wandering the streets.
She told MailOnline: "I was hyperventilating, I just never expected to see them.
"I ran outside and grabbed my phone for a picture, Harry was posing for another photo and Taylor was just hanging back. She thought I wanted to speak to just Harry!
"She introduced herself, she was really lovely. She said they were just here for the day and I think they were there with his parents."
Taylor was carrying bags from Beatrix Potter world after a spending spree.
"It was lovely to have them visiting us."
Harry's also taken the opportunity to introduce Taylor to his loved ones - his mum lives not too far away in Cheshire and his sister is at university in Sheffield.
Harry, 18, took Taylor for a pub dinner, where they met with the 1D singer's sister Gemma and her boyfriend.
The couple arrived in Harry's Range Rover Sport, making their way inside and ordering soft drinks before sitting by the log fire.
Taylor turns 23 today and it seems Harry wanted to celebrate with his new girlfriend by showing her the local sites.
The US singer chatted to fellow pub-goers and revealed that she'll be spending Christmas at home.
Pub manager Sarah Walker said: “Taylor said she was loving being in Britain and she also seemed to like being in the country.
“And she was excited about her birthday and about flying home for Christmas. She said she didn’t mind the cold, but it will be a lot warmer in Nashville. They were both lovely and she’s a honey.”
Harry and Taylor met in America in April but only recently got together and have been loved-up for a month.
