Neighbours actor turned singer Holly Valance has failed to keep her pregnancy a secret after launching a court case against a mag trying to reveal the news. Holly - who's now Mrs. Candy after marrying last year - was trying to keep snaps of her on holiday, with an obvious baby bump, under wraps.

Holly Candy is expecting her first child and is in fact already five months along!

The Aussie star was hoping to keep her happy news a secret for as long as possible and attempted to take out an injunction against some pictures that gave the game away.

The snaps were reportedly taken while the actress was on holiday in Italy and showed off her obvious baby bump.

The 30-year-old attempted to stop Australian Women's Day magazine from publishing the photos and letting the cat out of the bag.

The snaps were sold to the glossy by a London agency and she attempted to prevent them from being used with legal action.

Holly and her billionaire husband Nick Candy's lawyers got involved in proceedings and forced the agency to issue a retraction.

Unfortunately for Holly, Women's Day magazine sent the first run of copies to print and posted out 27,870 to their subscribers on Friday.

Justice Michael Pembroke said in his ruling that due to the publication of the magazine, it would be impossible to then get an injunction.

He said: "If the objective of the plaintiff is to protect her own opportunity to reveal the fact of her pregnancy at a time of her choosing, then that opportunity has been lost by the events which have occurred.

"There is no point in restraining the defendant from further distributing copies that remain as part of the print run for this issue."

Justice Pembroke added his own opinion of the actions of the magazine: "I make it quite clear that the conduct of the defendant is disdainful.

"It clearly puts a premium on its own commercial advantage ahead of the privacy of the plaintiff."

Holly's pregnancy news comes just 10 months after the actress married property developer Nick in a lavish ceremony.

The pair are said to have paid a staggering £3million for their fairytale ceremony!
