It remains one of the most long-awaited celebrity weddings of the year and despite all of Jen's best efforts, it's not likely to go ahead anytime soon. So why is it taking so long? Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are reportedly really struggling to pin down a date and can't agree on where to live after they've wed.

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have been engaged since August last year and despite plans to wed in March this year they reportedly still don't have a date.

The primary reason for the delay is Justin's new work project, The Leftovers.

Although the couple are also said to be clashing on their choice of where to live when they are finally married.

With all these things stalling their plans Jen is apparently not impressed at the back seat Justin is taking in the organisation process.

A source for Grazia said: "Justin has acknowledged that he needs to be more proactive in the wedding planning, and that the ceremony should really have happened by now."

They continued: "Justin wants to marry Jennifer more than anything, but he's so busy."

The 41-year-old has landed a role in a new HBO production and will be working on it in New York for the next two months.

The source explained: "Justin's been working towards this project for months. It's a big deal for him, as it's his first major role.

"Jennifer is supportive, but it has meant that they've had to postpone the wedding again."

The other issue with Justin's career move is that it has brought him back to New York - where he would like the couple to live permanently.

The insider said: "Where to live is proving to be a major dilemma.

"Justin says he feels like a fish out of water in LA and that New York is the only place he can really be happy.

"The fact that he's now filming there for two months has only reinforced this."

Jen, on the other hand, is a California girl and is not prepared to live on the East Coast.

Having spent a great deal of money renovating their house, making it 'marriage-proof' she is even reportedly beginning to go back on her offer of splitting their time between the two places.

The 44-year-old has described the Big Apple as like "a goldfish bowl".

With all the pressures of work and where to live it has been suggested that they elope; "They have spoken about just disappearing and doing it on their own, but this looks unlikely."

Come on guys - put the other ring on it!
