Despite rumours the parents-to-be planned to keep their little one away from the reality show cameras, the president of the TV network E! has confirmed otherwise.

Suzanne Kolb told the Hollywood Reporter: "Like so many Kardashian fans, we love it when this close-knit family gets even bigger.

"We look forward to sharing the joy as they prepare for more diapers, more bottle and without a doubt, more fabulous baby wear."

Kim's older sister Kourtney - mum to Mason, three, and six-month-old Penelope - even let the cameras into the birth of her first born.

Somehow, we're not sure 32-year-old Kim will be following suit.

Kim confirmed her pregnancy on Twitter this week after Kanye, 35, announced her as his "baby mama" while on stage.

The curvy reality star tweeted: "It’s true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby.

"We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us. Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family.

"Happy New Year!!! Xo."

Kim - who's due to give birth in June - has admitted she's already struggling with her pregnancy.

She said: "I wouldn't say that it's been easy...but no morning sickness...

"When people say that pregnancy is fun and they love it, I would have to disagree.

"I think from this stage on it does become easier and more fun but it's just adjusting.

"Even my sister (Kourtney) has made it look easy, and it's not as easy as people think. It's a little painful.

"There's a lot of growing pains. But I have heard it's all worth it so I'm looking forward to that."
