A man was arrested outside Paris Hilton's Malibu home yesterday (04.07.11) for violating a restraining order forbidding him to be within 200 yards of her.
James Rainford was found breaking his court order when he was spotted on a beach in California looking into her home and he is currently being held on $20,000 bail after being taken into custody.
Rainford has previously attacked Paris' ex-boyfriend, Cy Waits outside a Los Angeles courthouse and was arrested last April after sneaking into her Hollywood property.
The arrest comes only days after another intruder who tried to break into Paris' home was sentenced to two years in prison.
Nathan Lee Parada - who was wielding a knife when he attempted to get into the reality TV star's property - was found guilty of first degree residential burglary in April, and at the hearing Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Kellogg also recommended he undergo mental health counselling.
30-year-old Paris tweeted about the incident, admitting she was scared for her safety.
She wrote: "So scary, just got woken up to a guy trying to break into my house holding 2 big knifes. Cops are here arresting him (sic)."
