When you date One Direction star Harry Styles, you also apparently date his hordes of devoted fans, as several of his previous romantic interests have found out.

Caroline Flack received death threats and abuse during her short-lived relationship with the 18-year-old heartthrob, and now Made In Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh has come forward and revealed that her friend suffered a similar fate.

Former MIC star Caggie Dunlop reportedly had a brief fling with Harry earlier this year after the pair exchanged some flirty tweets, but the 23-year-old was overwhelmed and stressed out by the sudden attention she received from his fanatical fanbase.

Mille, who's currently in a high-profile relationship with a musician herself, told Marie Claire: "It was horrible for Caggie, when people are showing up outside your parents' house it's gone too far.

"Caggie is a fun loving girl, I don't think she minded the attention too much but it all does get a bit much."

She added: "There's a different direction she wanted to go in and I think she got a bit freaked out."

In contrast, Millie didn’t have to put up with the stalking and death threats from her beau Professor Green’s fans.

Although Mille blames Harry's hardcore fans for the early demise of his relationship with Caggie, the 1D heartthrob himself seems to have a severe case of attention deficit disorder.

In the past fortnight alone he's been linked to Alexa Chung, Pixie Geldof and Cara Delevingne, and reports have now surfaced that he was attempting to chat up Natalie Imbruglia at pal James Corden’s wedding.

Harry - a known lover of cougars - is said to be besotted with the 37-year-old Torn singer.

Be careful Natalie - One Direction fans will be after you next!
