Olympic diver Tom Daley to join Girls Aloud on tour?
Girls Aloud, especially Cheryl Cole, have been very vocal fans of the 18-year-old Olympic bronze medallist Tom Daley.
The popstars admire the Team GB diver so much that they're reportedly planning to approach Tom to make a cameo appearance on their forthcoming reunion tour.
A source told The Sun: “The girls think it would be great to have him on stage with them.
"They all think he’s really cute and love him in his little Speedos.
“They know he’ll get a great reception from their fans and are confident he’ll be up for it - even in his Speedos.”
Cheryl Cole, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts, Kimberly Walsh and Nadine Coyle
are set to embark on a big comeback tour.
They will reportedly be playing at least 30 arena dates as well as bringing out new material to mark their ten-year anniversary.
It’s been a decade since the girlband first formed on ITV show Popstars: The Rivals and although it’s been a while since they’ve all performed together, they’re keen to reunite for these special shows.
There’s no word as yet whether Tom is set to become an honorary sixth member of the group, but we’re sure if his biggest fan Cheryl has her way, the young star will become a permanent member of the band.
The pair have recently been flirting
on Twitter, with the diver promising to teach Cheryl how to do his award-winning swan dive...so no doubt she’s already DM-ing him with all the details.
