Robert Pattinson and Kristen kept apart for Twilight promo
The former couple - who play Edward Cullen and Bella Swan in the franchise - haven't been seen together since Kristen confessed to cheating on Rob, 26, back in July.
The world has since been eagerly anticipating their awkward appearances together ahead of the release of their new film, but it seems this might not even happen.
Because while Rob heads to Australia on promotional duties, Kristen, 22, will be sent to Japan.
The third main Twilight character, Taylor Lautner, will travel to Brazil.
The decision has reportedly been made to protect cheating Kristen from Rob's Twi-hard admirers.
A source told The Sun: “Many of Rob’s fans are still angry with Kristen and it has been decided that all three should go their separate ways.
“Keeping them apart will mean less chance of reprisals from fans who were devastated by the split."
Though who knows what will happen at the UK Twilight premiere.
The source continued: “No decision has been made on the London premiere, which is happening a little later in November.”
Kristen issued a public apology after she was snapped in a passionate embrace with her married Snow White And The Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders, 41.
She said: "I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected.
"This momentary indiscretion has jeopardised the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry."
Though Rob quickly moved his belongings out of the home they shared, it is thought the couple have now reunited.
A source revealed: "They pretty much decided they couldn't live without each other.
"Kristen poured her heart out to Robert and told him it was a one-off and a mistake."
