Shia LaBeouf will be filmed engaging in real sexual intercourse for his latest movie role. Sex scenes are usually faked by Hollywood stars, but the Transformers actor has agreed to shoot the shocking erotic scenes for new film The Nymphomaniac. Written and directed by controversial director Lars Von Trier, it’s also rumoured to be starring Charlotte Gainsbourg, Stellan Skarsgård, Nicole Kidman and Willem Dafoe - although it's unknown who will be taking part in the sex acts with Shia.
Shia LaBeouf will have “real sex” on camera in new movie
At the premiere for his new film Lawless, Shia admitted: “It is what you think it is.
“There's a disclaimer at the top of the script that basically says, we're doing the sex
“And anything that is 'illegal' will be shot in blurred images, but other than that, everything is happening.”
It seems the action star has turned his back on big-budget Hollywood movies and the Transformer franchise that shot him to fame.
Shia is busy promoting indie movie Lawless alongside Tom Hardy
and Gary Oldman and at the New York premiere last night the 26-year-old had some strong words to say about the Hollywood film industry.
Praising independent directors such as Lars Von Trier and Terrence Malick, Shia said: "These dudes are a miracle. They give you the money, and they trust
you - [unlike the studios, which] give you the money, then get on a plane and come to the set and stick a finger up your ass and chase you around for five months."
